Age Ratings & Content Guidance
Know before
you download.
Each app we build has a different content profile, and each includes automated content filtering. Here's exactly what that means and what age rating each app carries.
Ratings by App
Three apps. Three ratings.
Age ratings reflect what each app actually does. MyOwnIQ is a self-contained camera and inventory tool. DashboardAIR and AskAIR route your prompts to third-party AI models (Claude, ChatGPT, Perplexity, Grok), and every prompt passes through our own automated content filter before it's ever sent to any provider.
MyOwnIQ™
✓ 4+ / Everyone
App Store: 4+
Google Play: Everyone
MyOwnIQ uses your camera to identify and catalog items you photograph in your own spaces. There's no chat interface, no open AI conversation, no social feed, and no user-generated content shared publicly or with other users.
- No unrestricted web or AI chat access
- No social features or public content sharing
- Camera used only to scan your own belongings
DashboardAIR™
✓ 4+ / Everyone
App Store: 4+
Google Play: Everyone
DashboardAIR routes your prompts to third-party AI models (Claude, ChatGPT, Perplexity, Grok) selected by the AIR Consensus Engine™. Every prompt is checked against our own automated content filter before it's sent to any provider — requests involving sexual/adult content, violence or weapons instructions, hate speech, drug synthesis, self-harm, or hacking/fraud are blocked outright, with no response generated.
- Automated content filter blocks unsafe prompts before routing
- Blocked requests show a clear in-app notice instead of a response
- General-purpose power-user tool for research, writing, and productivity prompts
AskAIR™
✓ 13+ / Everyone
App Store: 13+
Google Play: Everyone
AskAIR is a consumer-facing guide over the same underlying AI routing as DashboardAIR, covering open-ended life topics including health, money, and more. The same automated content filter checks every question before it's routed to any AI provider — sexual/adult content, violence or weapons instructions, hate speech, drug synthesis, self-harm, and hacking/fraud requests are blocked before an answer is ever generated.
- Automated content filter blocks unsafe questions before routing
- Blocked requests show a clear in-app notice instead of an answer
- Covers everyday topics — health, money, travel, and more
How our content filter works. DashboardAIR and AskAIR check every prompt with an automated safety filter before it's sent to any AI provider — this happens both on-device and again on our server, as a backstop. Prompts involving sexual/adult content, violence or weapons instructions, hate speech, drug synthesis instructions, self-harm, or hacking/fraud are blocked outright: no prompt is sent, no response is generated, and the user sees a clear notice that the request can't be processed. We don't publish further detail on how the filter is implemented, to avoid helping anyone attempt to work around it.
Parents: if you're setting up Screen Time, Family Sharing, or Google Family Link controls, please rely on the age rating shown in each app's official App Store or Google Play listing as the authoritative source — this page is a plain-language explainer, not a replacement for the store listing.
