Terms of Use

Agreement

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of all mobile applications published by 4Cylinder Technologies LLC ("4Cylinder," "we," "us," or "our"), including DashboardAIR, AskAIR, and MyOwnIQ (collectively, the "Apps").

By downloading, installing, or using any of our Apps, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use our Apps.

For iOS users, these Terms incorporate Apple's Standard End User License Agreement (EULA), available at apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula/.

Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years of age to use our Apps. By using our Apps, you represent that you meet this requirement. If you are under 18, you represent that a parent or guardian has reviewed and agreed to these Terms on your behalf.

Accounts

Some features of our Apps require an account. You are responsible for:

• Providing accurate account information
• Maintaining the security of your password and biometric credentials
• All activity that occurs under your account
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use at support@4cylindertechnologies.com

Accounts that are created but never verified are automatically deleted after 72 hours. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

Subscriptions and Billing

Some features require a paid subscription. By subscribing, you agree to the following:

• Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless cancelled.
• iOS subscriptions are billed through Apple. To cancel: Settings → your name → Subscriptions → select app → Cancel Subscription.
• Android subscriptions are billed through Google Play. To cancel: Google Play → profile → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions → select app → Cancel.
• Refunds are handled by Apple or Google according to their respective refund policies.
• Prices are subject to change with reasonable notice.

• AskAIR: Free · Pro ($4.99/mo or $47.99/yr) · Family ($14.99/mo or $143.99/yr)

Biometric Authentication

Our Apps offer optional biometric authentication (Face ID, Touch ID, fingerprint). By enabling biometrics, you acknowledge that:

• Biometric data is processed entirely on your device by the operating system — we never receive or store it.
• You can disable biometric login at any time in Settings → Security.
• We are not responsible for unauthorized access resulting from compromised biometric credentials on your device.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to use our Apps to:

• Violate any applicable law or regulation
• Submit prompts containing hate speech, threats, harassment, or illegal content
• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or extract source code from our Apps
• Interfere with or disrupt our services or servers
• Use our Apps for any commercial purpose without our written consent
• Impersonate any person or entity
• Circumvent any security or access controls

We reserve the right to terminate access for any user who violates these terms.

AI Services and Content

Our Apps use artificial intelligence to route, process, and respond to user prompts. You acknowledge that:

• AI-generated responses may not always be accurate, complete, or appropriate.
• You are responsible for evaluating and verifying any AI-generated output before relying on it.
• We are not responsible for decisions made based on AI-generated content.
• AI content is not a substitute for professional medical, legal, financial, or mental health advice.
• We do not store the content of your prompts on our servers beyond what is required to generate your answer.

Intellectual Property

All content, design, code, trademarks, and intellectual property in our Apps are owned by or licensed to 4Cylinder Technologies LLC. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.

DashboardAIR™, AskAIR™, and MyOwnIQ™ are trademarks of 4Cylinder Technologies LLC. AIR™ (Artificial Intelligence Router) and AIR Consensus Engine™ are trademarks of 4Cylinder Technologies LLC.

You retain ownership of any content you provide to our Apps. By submitting content, you grant us a limited license to use it solely for the purpose of providing our services.

Disclaimer of Warranties

Our Apps are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that our Apps will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, 4Cylinder Technologies LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our Apps, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of the State of Delaware.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms as our Apps evolve. We will notify users of material changes by updating the "Last updated" date. Continued use of our Apps after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
