DashboardAIR routes to the best AI for each task — including Claude, ChatGPT, Grok, Perplexity, Gemini, Microsoft Copilot, Wolfram Alpha, Canva, Adobe Firefly, Suno, and ElevenLabs. Free users get access to Perplexity, ChatGPT, and Grok. Pro and Teams unlock all tools.

How do I cancel my subscription?
iOS: Settings → tap your name → Subscriptions → DashboardAIR → Cancel Subscription.
Android: Google Play → tap your profile → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions → DashboardAIR → Cancel.
Your access continues until the end of the current billing period.

How do I request a refund?
iOS: Visit reportaproblem.apple.com, sign in, find DashboardAIR, and select "Request a refund."

How do I restore my purchase on a new device?
Sign in with the same email you used to subscribe. Your Pro or Teams access will restore automatically. If it doesn't appear, go to Settings in the app and tap "Restore Purchases."
How do I use biometric login?
After signing in, DashboardAIR will offer to enable Face ID, Touch ID, or fingerprint login. You can also enable or disable it anytime in Settings → Security → Biometric Login. Your biometric data never leaves your device.
Why do I need to verify my email?
Email verification is required to access DashboardAIR. After signing up, check your inbox for a verification link. Tap it, return to the app, and tap "I've verified my email." Check your spam folder if you don't see it.
How do I delete my account?
Open DashboardAIR → tap the gear icon → scroll to the bottom → tap Delete Account. This permanently deletes your account and all associated data within 30 days.
How does DashboardAIR decide which AI tool to use?
DashboardAIR uses the AIR Consensus Engine™ — a monthly automated process that polls the world's top AI models (Claude, ChatGPT, Perplexity, and Grok) and asks each one which tool is objectively best for each routing category. Majority rules. No bias, no favoritism — just consensus. Routing assignments update automatically every month as AI technology evolves. Your prompts and personal data are never used in this process.
The app says "routing offline" — what does that mean?
This means the app couldn't reach our AI routing engine. Check your internet connection and try again. If the issue persists, contact us at support@4cylindertechnologies.com.
Is my data private?
Yes. DashboardAIR does not store your prompt content on our servers. Sensitive data on your device is encrypted using platform-native secure storage. We never sell your data. Read our full Privacy Policy.

AskAIR is the consumer AI guide — built for everyone. Tap a life category, ask your question, and get an answer from the right AI inside the app. No switching apps, no copy-pasting. Available on iOS and Android.

AskAIR covers 18 hubs and nearly 95 categories across life topics — Health, Family, Money, Legal, Sports, News, Travel, Career, Entertainment, Education, Home, Automotive, Faith, and more. Categories are updated regularly without requiring an app update.

How does AskAIR handle sensitive categories like Health or Legal?
AskAIR provides general information only — it is not a substitute for professional medical, legal, or financial advice. Sensitive categories display a disclaimer before every session. For mental health crises, AskAIR immediately surfaces the 988 Suicide & Crisis Lifeline and Crisis Text Line.
